Therefore God Himself handled all the sins of all people worldwide, in the ministry of Jesus, and God reconciled (made peace with) all the people in the world.

This means that people do not owe anything to God.

People do not need to become holy to get God's help.

He did this so that sinners should not fear or hide from God.

And they should come to Him in whatever their present condition is,

God fathers people only with His advice.
God blesses people only with His spoken promises.

If you do not want His advice or if you don't know and believe His promises,
then you are on your own.

God won't help you just because you are pitiful, if you don't seek His advice.

God won't bless you just because you need a blessing, if you don't care to learn or believe what He has said.

God can only Father and Bless people that are adult enough to seek to know His advice and blessings.

People mature enough to learn and to reason.

Babies and the foolish are living at the mercy of the world. Unable to seek God or to reason.
